Key Responsibilities
- •Provide premium haircuts, fades, and traditional barbering services
- •Deliver exceptional customer service and build client relationships
- •Maintain a clean and professional workspace
- •Stay current with modern and traditional cutting techniques
- •Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations
- •Participate in our famous Thursday & Friday happy hour traditions
Requirements
- •Certified barber qualification (Cert III in Barbering or equivalent)
- •Minimum 2 years of barbering experience preferred
- •Proficiency in modern and traditional cutting techniques
- •Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- •Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- •Ability to work in a fast-paced, walk-in environment
- •Passion for the craft and continuous improvement
